Sync your customer data from Zendesk to analyse user feedback and get product insights in PingMi.
How to connect:
Go to the Connect page in PingMi and switch on the toggle in Zendesk card to start Zendesk integration.
2. Fill data about your Zendesk account and specify tags with which we will automatically collect tickets from your Zendesk.
3. Data from the Zendesk for the last 30 days will be imported to your PingMi account as insights. Insights will be labeled with your tag from Zendesk and linked with the original ticket in Zendesk.
All new Zendesk tickets with specified tags will be added to PingMi automatically.
