Sync your customer data from Intercom to analyse user feedback and get product insights in PingMi.
How to connect:
Go to the Connect page in PingMi and switch on the toggle in Intercom card to start Intercom integration.
2. Allow PingMi to access your Intercom account (admin account will be needed).
3. Data from the Intercom for the last 30 days will be imported to your PingMi account as insights. Insights will be labeled with tag from Intercom (ticket type) and linked with the original ticket in Intercom.
All new Intercom tickets will be added to PingMi automatically.
